An exploration of my artistic journey, from handcrafted ceramic mosaics and piano performances to capturing daily moments through film photography. Each medium reflects my creative process and serves as a quiet space for my personal reflection and self-discovery.

LEARNING JOURNEY

I chose Bat Trang Pottery Village (Hanoi) as the place to learn and prepare for this project AS it is one of THE most iconic traditional ceramic villages in Vietnam. There, I observed the production process and learned how to select colors, cut and arrange ceramic pieces, compose designs, and complete mosaic artworks. This hands-on experience gave me a deeper appreciation of the techniques, patience, craftsmanship, and dedication behind every ceramic piece.

ART

After my learning journey, I designed and completed a variety of mosaic artworks inspired by different themes. Through each piece, I express the beauty of mosaic art through vivid imagery, diverse colors, and stories about Vietnamese culture, nature, and everyday life. These creations are not only visually appealing but also practical for everyday use.

WORKSHOP

I organize mosaic workshops where participants experience the creative process firsthand and take home handmade pieces they create themselves. To me, these workshops are more than just creative activities—they serve as a bridge that brings traditional culture closer to the community while encouraging people to continue exploring, using, and supporting Vietnamese ceramics.
